Any one that knows me from old, knows about my passion for adventure! in fact its only the last 4 years with trying to become an awesome Personal Trainer that I haven’t done as much adventurous stuff.
Adventure training is used widely in the Armed Forces as a way of building mental strength, self reliance, team work, confidence & risk assessing whilst having awesome fun. I have built a Personal Training for thrill seekers who want to get fit whilst learning new skills.
