Any one that knows me from old, knows about my passion for adventure! in fact its only the last 4 years with trying to become an awesome Personal Trainer that I haven’t done as much adventurous stuff.

Adventure training is used widely in the Armed Forces as a way of building mental strength, self reliance, team work, confidence & risk assessing whilst having awesome fun.  I have built a Personal Training for thrill seekers who want to get fit whilst learning new skills.

I love the thrill of riding fast down a mountain bike trail, or ski or snowboard run.
Being on the water riding big rivers on a kayak is exhilerating and amazing.
​Being in control of your life whilst lead climbing a technical climb is scary but retrospectively an awesome thrill.

My plan is to teach two or three clients each summer all of these skills whilst being on a Personal Training package, so all the benefits of cutting edge nutritional  advice and strength & conditioning whilst learning and becoming proficient kayakers,climbers & mountain bikers.

The lucky clients will get in amazing shape and build really healthy fitness adventure habits, which will ensure for the rest of their lives they will be healthy and have an exciting adventurous life.

This is not for couch potatoes!  

The idea would be to use local areas for the climbing, biking and kayaking and when the client becomes proficient we can have an organised trip somewhere in UK as a group to test and hone our skills.

The Package

This is a unique package designed to get you in great shape whilst coaching you in different adventure activities.  You will get in great shape and learn two new hobbies.

Three hours training a week, with optional extra hours and additional weekend excursions, normal weekly breakdown below: 
  1. 1 hour of gym based or outside fitness including weight training 
  2. 1 hour of mountain bike coaching and trail riding
  3. 1 hour of kayak or climbing/bouldering coaching
​Chose a package with kayak & bike (wet package) or climb & bike (dry package)

Because this is a unique package, with some travel and use of safety equipment it is slightly more expensive than some of my other packages....but so so worth it.
When you become an expert in adventure activities you can thank me........

Equipment 
Safety equipment will be provided, however each client  will need to have a serviceable mountain bike and helmet.
