Personal Assistant & Caring
Personal Assistance, Personal Caring and Specialist Rehabilitation
My personal values are all about being a decent bugger. So being a personal assistant or caring for an individual who needs help is super congruent to my personal values and beliefs.
In the past I have helped people with needs such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, addiction, ME, mental health issues, chronic non diagnosable pain, Pons and dementia. I utilise some cutting edge techniques in order to try and make my clients life a little easier.
Careful and safe for piece of mind!
Some times you just cant improve on the symptoms, but its good to try things.
So if you would like an assistant for yourself or your family member please get in touch.

This is what a recent client said "Mika"
"I am 47, haven't been 100% healthy throughout my life, but have made the most of outdoor and physical activities in the past the best that I could. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my knees in my 20's didn't stop me mountain biking, camping outdoors and even riding a motorcycle. I worked as many hours as I could helping others in community and housing work. But falling ill after a viral infection in 2011 and chronic fatigue was struggling to put all the effort I wanted into my job, diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2012 and only being able to continue working into 2013. I had to face reality that my health wasn't improving with medical issues being disabiling. The social care support offered was not suitable for my age and home visits kept me housebound with my personal home space lost, going on for many years housebound and lacking social engagement, outdoor fresh air or physical activities, I noticed this was adding to my health deterioration and mental health welfare issues. Then I found Glenn, being out and included in outdoor activities even being a wheelchair user has been uplifting and I have noticed big improvements on my well-being and skin health. Also having understanding around how to go forward with a tailored plan that works around my interests makes this all the more worthwhile and something I enjoy looking forward to every week"
