Firstly I would just like to say no Personal Trainers’ or health coachs’ day is ever the same, however because of my unique background and skill set my days are mental, very busy and always so varied.

Weight Loss & Health, A 3 mile run in the countryside behind Lumley castle over a brand new route for the client. this being their longest run to date.
Muscle gain & increase, today was a step up in terms of compound weight lifting with an increase of impact on the chest and core. Every session has been a step up for this client.
Improved fitness and Endurance running, this client initially couldn’t run a mile due to injuries he is now able to run 10 miles and will be taking part in a Scottish Half Marathon in May. We took a 4 mile hilly running route.
Weight Loss & health, first time outside run/walking along the beautiful riverside for this client testing how far they can run each time until becoming out of breath. An incremental step by step approach of becoming able to run.
New client consultation and then sign up, to sustain growth and success good coaches should have a steady influx of new clients.
Weight Loss & Health, we have a very varied regime and today was playing tennis coaching and some exercise. Playing a sport and adding exercises is a great way to work hard without realising how hard you are working, i have coached most sports over the years and like to add a sport in occasionally for a change and to keep things fun.
Fitness, I train some kids and have to make it real fun and very varied to keep them interested today we run a mile or two and bouldered and climbed on Causey Arch quarry. Developing fitness and confidence and taking them out of their comfort zone.
Strength and shape, this client is just getting back into it, however i know how strong and conditioned he has been in the recent past. We completed a hard full body resistence routing with a super set on every body part, also hitting the core including lower back.
So what an absolute varied day with tennis, rock climbing, running and weight training. Most days I try complex body and mind hacks to improve function and fitness, but today just fun varied and for some tough exercise. Also my poor 41 year old legs, probably smashed between 10-12 miles outside running.
I take my clients every where including, beamish, causey, penshaw, lumley, herrington park, locally and in gyms withing Chester le Street. We have been known to climb, play tennis, cricket,basketball,mountain bike aswell as play with functional and resistance equipment.
I also run a Army Bootcamp wednesdays at 6.30pm at the Riverside park..
