So hopefully by now some of the average 10LB of Christmas flab has either gone or is going away? interestingly this Christmas average weight gain has been going up each year, my guess next year 12LB - yikes.
Any hoo, my tribe and future tribe members i am starting up all my classes again in 2015 that achieve amazing results.
- They are not aerobic
- Some of them don’t even have music
- Absolutely not choreographed
- They dont follow trends
- They are not easy
- Results are my main priority
- My classes are addictive
- They are fun
- We aim for a sense of community (that’s why i call it a tribe, this annoys some other class instructors)
- Constantly varied, you just wont get bored
- Working big muscles
- Safe and progressive
- I will try and get outside as often as possible, for the health benefits
- We aim for perfect technique - you will be coached
- Only a safe number, fitness should not be like a cattle market

- Mondays at 5.00 -5.30pm | Trainhard Tabata, in Bannatynes
- Mondays at 6.15pm- 7.00pm | Outdoor Bootcamp, meeting at riverside park.
- Tuesdays at 5.00- 5.40pm | WOD (workout of the day) in Bannatynes
- Wednesday at 5.30- 6.15pm | Outdoor Bootcamp, meeting at riverside park.
