Big Army Bootcamp
Come along and join this one off fitness event before the big winter chill happens. This Bootcamp is a genuine Army Circuit run by an ex Army Para/Diver/Fitness Instructor. Grab your friends and kickstart your winter training to stop yourself gaining the 9LB of festive weight gain. If you love fresh air and have never tried a real Army circuit this could be for you, a genuine Army Bootcamp is nothing like a Bootcamp run by anyone else.

Para 10 Mile Fitness Challenge
Have you ever wondered what sort of training British Airborne Troops go through to become a Para? This 10 mile challenge is designed to test fitness, determination, stamina, focus and team work in scenic surroundings. The first 5 miles is part of a squad(group) during this time there will be loads of fitness exercises and challenges. The second 5 miles is the competative element where each competitor runs/walks as fast as they can aiming to complete the distance as fast as humanly possible. The whole distance is done carrying 10kg or more or personal equipment. |
Gung-Ho Newcastle 2016
This event in 2015 was an absolute blast, we had a massive team and it was just brilliant fun in the sun. Its just 3 mile with loads of fun inflatables including slides, bouncy castle, walls and evrything else in between.
