If you do one of these in addition to your normal training on a training day, and between one and three of these on a non training day and just watch as your shape changes and you get much fitter.

**Take the Abdominal challenge**
a. Search my videos for ones that work the Abs, Core.
b. Do at least one mini session each day concentrating on sessions which have some abdominal exercise.
c. Even better try and do three mini sessions a day at 100% effort and see your fitness sky rocket to new levels.
d. They are only 4 minutes work, how hard can it be to add a couple to your day. 1440 minutes in a day, why can't you use 12 minutes wisely. 3 x 4 minutes mini online session.
