So there are toxins and chemicals everywhere in what you eat, drink, spray on, breath and toxins you create due to your own mental stress.

Why is this important?

Your liver cleans toxins (detoxification) from your body and once the liver becomes saturated it has to store those toxins somewhere until it can deal with them.
Can you guess where they are stored??? in your fat, that's where.

So if you are full of toxins your body will store and hold onto more fat until you get rid of toxins...

"You wont be losing fat until you detox"

Toxins

We can help detox our liver and fat by taking things like chlorella - chlorella acts like a magnet going through the body taking out heavy metals, spirulina takes away metals and radiation.  Also if you can try and eat as much organic food as possible, i know it's difficult and expensive but little things do help

Mental stress

Get more sleep and don't harbour any anger try and be happy, if negative thoughts get into your head about other people or yourself just get rid of them.  Only one life live it happy and don't be a hater, there are loads of studies suggesting that if you are a hater you won't live as long "be happy".

Have time for yourself, before meals, before bed and every day, maybe read before bed which helps you sleep too.

"Breath" deep belly breathing is the quickest de-stress method try it out.

Physical stress

Exercise is great for us, however it puts a stress on your body releasing the stress hormone cortisol - so too much long slow boring cardio or too much exercise can be sabotaging your body too, ensure you have some rest and use the most efficient exercise (weights and intervals).

Pollution

Hey it's a tough one, try and spend as much time in the countryside as you can, if you live in a big city and spend all of your holidays in the big city you will be constantly ingesting and absorbing toxins - your choice.

Water

They say the best water for us is reverse osmosis filtered water, then normal filtered water, then bottled water and tap water is generally the worst for us.  However some tap water is better than others in certain areas.

Lack of sunshine

Lots of people are affected by lack of sun, seasonal affected disorder syndrome(SADS) or something like that.  They sit in front of infrared lamps to improve their health and make them feel happier.  Actually every one is affected by lack of sun as we need the sun for good health and making vitamin D, haven't you noticed in a summer morning you get outside and feel great.

Basically getting outside more is a key factor in remaining healthy and living longer.

In conclusion

Stress is the biggest factor stopping us losing weight and feeling great.  Mental stress puts our body into its sympathetic nervous system, which is really unhealthy and stops key nutrients being absorbed.  Use some of my tips above: try and always think positively about everyone, go to bed earlier, have some time for yourself every day, clean water and foods and spend some more time outside and in the countryside.

So actually this conclusion is actually my ideal life? more time in the outside eating healthy and being a good person, You will live a healthier happier, skinnier longer life.

Obviously if you die in a freak combine harvester accident it's not my fault.
