Wattbike Velodrome Challenge
Come and have a go, this is just a couple of minutes work.
- Warm up on the Wattbike for 5 minutes practicing your pedal stroke technique.
- Attempt the 6 second power test, still part of the warm up and to find your bike set up settings, to make it fair depending on weight and gender.
- The bike set up is designed by replicate getting the correct shape and weight bike for yourself, a XL heavy bike frame would be no good for a 5ft female.
- Once you are ready, using the just ride option: sprint from a static start for 250m.
- Make sure a member of staff gets your time and add it to the results sheet.
- Best male and Female riders win a prize.
