Just like eveyone else, ive just started picking up the pieces, spending time “sharpening the saw” time spent looking after myself. I have been down in London just destroying myself for a job that has wrecked my health and probably shortened my life.... for a few pieces of silver.
Just a few days of fitness, fresh air and time for myself... i feel 100% better.
