I once cooked my signature dish of chicken & blue stilton wrapped in parma ham for a load of rough soldiers from Glasgow (the type that usually eat battered pies from the chip shop). They all said they dont eat that fancy pish, so i prepared a basic chicken dish. Long story short they all hate blue stilton, however once cooked inside chicken it is amazing and they all loved it.
They all said they had tried everything but clearly hadn't.
