Why you dont need a microwave in newcastle-chester le street 01913874222

Hi  this is why you dont need a microwave.

I don't have a microwave, haven't had one for a year now.  I get some stick because of this, the reasons i decided to ditch my microwave:

  • Loads of studies suggest that being near a microwave isn't good for us due to leaking radiation.
  • The main reason though is that micronutients are destroyed by the microwaves.
  • So the food you eat loses micronutient value during the eating process.
Another bonus that i have worked out during this year is that you won't purchase microwave meals/ processed meals because you have means of heating it.  If you dont buy this crap food then you wont be eating it... result.

Just on friday - i thought i finally needed a microwave and this is why?

I injured my back whilst taking my reserve troop on a beasting fitness session.  One of my clients generously gave me a heat/cold lumbar support which can help with recovery.

Cold immediately after an injury to reduce swelling and heat later to promote recovery with increased blood flow to the injured area.

I needed to get it hot, and on the packet i needed to microwave it..bugger.

This is what i done..

Wrapped the lumbar support in tin foil just like a chicken kiev then popped it in the oven

Oven for the same time has a chicken kiev 30 minutes in tin foil....boom

So not only microwaves are bad for your health in general as they destroy vital micronutrients they can also lead to eating the wrong food types.
So still got a bad back, but hopefully on the mend.

If you would like help on recovery and rehab of a muscle or joint just pop in.
